Partner Terms and Conditions

版本 2.0 · 生效日期 12 十月 2026

These Partner Terms and Conditions ("Partner Terms") govern your participation in the Projob.id Partner Program at partner.projob.id. Projob.id is operated by PT Profesional Job Indonesia ("Projob.id", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully before registering or using the partner portal.

1. Acceptance

By registering, ticking the consent boxes, or using the partner portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to:

  • these Partner Terms;
  • the Partner Privacy Statement and the general Projob.id Privacy Policy;
  • the Community Guidelines;
  • the Event Organizer Terms and Conditions, if you organize or help manage events; and
  • any Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or other written agreement you sign with us.

These Partner Terms supplement the Projob.id User Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or use the partner portal.

2. Definitions

  • Partner: an individual or an entity (company, institution, organization, community) registered and approved in the Partner Program.
  • Partner Type: Personal (individual) or Organization (company/institution).
  • Partner Category: a role approved by a Projob.id administrator, such as event organizer or psychologist, which determines the features available to you.
  • Primary Category: the one Partner Category designated by an administrator as the basis for tier and commission.
  • Participants: job seekers, companies, or other people whose data you receive through Projob.id, such as event registrants or consultation clients.
  • Partner Portal: the web application at partner.projob.id and its features.

3. Registration and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements. If you register on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it.
  • Self-registration on the portal creates a Personal account. Organization accounts are created or approved by Projob.id administrators after review.
  • Your partner account is part of the ProjobID master account. You must provide true, complete, and current information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account. We strongly recommend enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) available in the portal.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to avoid sanctions, gain points, or divert commissions.

4. Identity and Payout Verification

  • Certain features (including receiving commissions, receiving event funds, or credential-based categories) require verification. Verification usually involves uploading an ID card (KTP) or passport and a selfie holding that ID.
  • We may request additional documents, such as a tax ID (NPWP), business identification number (NIB), deed of establishment, business license, professional certificate, or power of attorney, depending on your type and category.
  • Bank accounts or other payout destinations must be in the Partner's own name (in the entity's name for Organization Partners). We may reject a payout destination whose name does not match.
  • We may approve, reject, or request re-upload of documents, and revoke verified status if a document turns out to be invalid, expired, or inconsistent.
  • Falsifying identity or documents is a serious violation and may be reported to the authorities.

5. Partner Categories and Access

  • Available Partner Categories include: zone operator (industrial estate), event organizer, recruiter (LPK/SO/P3MI/BLK), trainer, psychologist, HR consultant, career coach, academic, community, media, government, sponsor, venue host, content contributor, and marketer. This list may change; the list shown in the portal prevails.
  • A Partner may hold no more than 3 (three) categories, counting both pending requests and approved categories.
  • You may request categories through the portal. Projob.id administrators decide whether to approve or reject a request, and may revoke a category if its requirements are no longer met. Rejections and revocations include a stated reason.
  • The psychologist, HR consultant, and career coach categories can only be approved after a valid credential document (such as a practice license or professional certificate) has been verified. You must inform us if that license or certificate is revoked or expires.
  • Administrators designate one Primary Category. You may propose one, but the decision rests with the administrator. The Primary Category is the basis for tier and commission.
  • Your access is the combination of the permissions of all approved categories. We may change the permissions of any category for security, legal compliance, or service development reasons.
  • Partners carrying out activities that require a license (for example vocational training, worker placement, or psychological services) must hold and maintain valid licenses. Our approval of a category does not replace a license from the competent authority.

6. MoU and Additional Agreements

For certain types of cooperation (such as event organizing, zone operation, or revenue sharing) we may ask you to sign an MoU or another written agreement. In case of conflict, the specific provisions of an MoU signed by both parties prevail for the matters they cover; everything else remains governed by these Partner Terms.

7. Events

  • Organizing events through Projob.id is subject to the Event Organizer Terms and Conditions, including event approval, ticketing, receipt of funds, cancellation, and refunds.
  • Ticket purchases by participants are subject to the Event Ticket Terms and Conditions.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of event information, venue and crowd permits, participant safety, and delivering what was promised to participants and exhibitors.

8. Content, Vacancies, and Partner Activities

  • Content you upload (articles, vacancies, event materials, community posts) must be accurate, not misleading, and must not infringe the rights of others.
  • Vacancies you submit or curate must come from genuine employers. Charging applicants any fee for the recruitment process is prohibited.
  • We may review, reformat, hold, or remove content that violates the Community Guidelines or the law, with or without prior notice.

9. Points and Tiers

  • You may earn points for certain activities, such as approved vacancies or events. The activities, point values, and tier thresholds are set by us, may be changed, and apply from the time they are announced in the portal.
  • Partner tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, determined by your points according to the thresholds in force.
  • Points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are non-transferable, unless we state otherwise in writing.
  • We may correct or cancel points earned through system errors, false data, or fraud.

10. Sales Commissions and Revenue Sharing

  • Eligible Partners may earn commissions on sales of paid Projob.id services to companies they refer, or revenue shares as zone operators. Rates, eligible products, attribution periods, and other conditions follow the scheme announced in the partner portal or set out in the MoU.
  • Commissions only arise from payments actually received by Projob.id, from validly recorded referrals, while the Partner is active and verified.
  • Referrals of yourself, your own company, or affiliated parties, and engineered referrals, do not earn commission.
  • If a company receives a refund, reverses a payment (chargeback), or fraud occurs, we may withhold or claw back the related commission, including by offsetting it against future payouts.
  • Taxes on commissions are withheld or collected in accordance with applicable tax regulations (for example Income Tax Article 21 for individuals or Article 23 for entities, and VAT where the Partner is a VAT-registered business). Withholding slips are issued as required. Stamp duty and transfer fees may be charged to the Partner as announced in the portal.
  • Payouts are made to a verified account in the Partner's name within the period and above the minimum amount announced in the portal or MoU. Balances below the minimum are carried over.
  • Objections to a commission calculation must be raised within 30 days after the commission report becomes available in the portal.

11. Zone Vouchers

  • Zone operators may issue vouchers to companies in their industrial estate in the form of free company service packages with a set duration and redemption quota, according to the options available in the portal.
  • Vouchers may not be sold, exchanged for money, or used to charge companies or applicants.
  • Cancelled or fully redeemed vouchers become inactive and cannot be redeemed. We may deactivate vouchers that are misused.

12. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to what is prohibited by the Community Guidelines, Partners may not:

  • charge applicants fees, deposits, or rewards in exchange for promised jobs;
  • commit or facilitate human trafficking, exploitation, or illegal worker placement, including overseas;
  • claim to be an employee, official representative, or agent of Projob.id beyond what has been agreed in writing;
  • harvest, copy, sell, or use Participant data beyond a lawful purpose;
  • falsify identity, documents, attendance, or transaction data to obtain points, commissions, or certificates;
  • access systems without authorization, scrape at scale, or interfere with service security; or
  • send promotions without the recipient's consent (spam).

13. Confidentiality

Non-public information you receive from us, including special commission schemes, MoU contents, business data, and system access, must be kept confidential and used only for your cooperation with Projob.id. This obligation continues for 2 (two) years after the partnership ends, except for personal data, for which it continues for as long as you hold the data.

14. Personal Data

  • Your personal data as a Partner is processed under the Partner Privacy Statement and the Privacy Policy.
  • For Participant data you receive through Projob.id (for example event registrant lists, attendance scans, or consultation client data), you act as a separate Personal Data Controller and must comply with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
  • You may use that data only for the purposes communicated to Participants when it was collected, must keep it secure, must not sell or share it with others without a legal basis, and must delete it when no longer needed.
  • Psychological test results and other sensitive data may only be accessed by Partners holding the appropriate credential-based category, for the service requested by the Participant, and with the Participant's consent.
  • If a personal data breach affects Participant data you hold, you must notify affected Participants as required by UU PDP (within 3 x 24 hours) and notify us through the Projob Support Form without delay.
  • You must respond to Participants' requests to exercise their rights over data you hold, and cooperate with us if we receive a request or complaint concerning that data.

15. Intellectual Property and Use of the Brand

  • The platform, software, design, databases, and Projob.id brand belong to PT Profesional Job Indonesia or its licensors.
  • During the partnership, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Projob.id name and logo only to promote our cooperation, in line with the materials or guidelines we provide. Any other use requires our written consent.
  • You may not alter the logo, create confusingly similar marks or domains, or use the Projob.id brand in a misleading way or in a way that harms our reputation.
  • You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reformat, and promote that content on Projob.id services while it is available there, plus a reasonable period for archives and backups.
  • The brand license ends automatically when the partnership ends.

16. Relationship of the Parties

This partnership does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or representative relationship. Partners are independent parties who bear their own costs, taxes, licenses, and personnel. Projob.id is a platform that connects parties and is not a worker placement agency; hiring decisions rest with employers.

17. Sanctions, Suspension, and Termination

  • Violations are handled according to the sanction levels in the Community Guidelines: Warning Letter 1 and 2 (each valid for 3 months), followed by termination. Serious violations, such as fraud or charging applicants, human trafficking, child exploitation, or identity fraud, may lead to immediate suspension during review and termination if proven.
  • While suspended or after termination, the account is in restricted mode: you can still sign in and read your Inbox, but your profile and content are hidden, and commissions related to the violation may be withheld.
  • You may appeal by replying to the sanction message in your Inbox within 14 days of the sanction being issued.
  • You may end the partnership at any time by notifying us in writing. We may end the partnership with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of a serious violation or where required by law.
  • After termination: portal access is revoked; valid commissions already due are still paid, net of any amounts you owe; events already under way are completed under the Event Organizer Terms and Conditions; and the provisions on confidentiality, personal data, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disputes remain in effect.

18. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

  • We strive to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or particular outcomes such as participant numbers, sales, or commissions.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by third parties. Our total liability to a Partner is limited to the commissions or revenue shares we paid you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • These limitations do not apply to losses caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to anything that cannot be limited by law.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Projob.id harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Partner Terms, the law, or the rights of others, including misuse of Participant data.

19. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, civil unrest, widespread power or network outages, or government action. The affected party must notify the other party as soon as possible.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Partner Terms. Material changes will be announced in the portal or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the portal after the effective date means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you may end the partnership under Section 17.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Disputes will first be resolved amicably within 30 days after either party gives written notice. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the Bekasi District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi).
  • These Partner Terms are made in Indonesian and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Indonesian version prevails.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
