By registering as a partner on Projob.id, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the Projob Partner Platform operated by PT Kinetikum Indo Solusi.
As a partner, you agree to: provide accurate business information, comply with applicable laws and regulations, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and not misuse the platform or its data.
Revenue sharing terms are defined in your partnership agreement (MoU). Standard terms include: percentage-based sharing on employer subscriptions, monthly calculation periods, and minimum payout thresholds. Payouts are processed to your registered bank account.
The Projob.id platform, brand, and technology remain the property of PT Kinetikum Indo Solusi. Partners receive a non-exclusive license to use the platform for partnership purposes.
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, outstanding revenue shares will be paid within 60 days. Access to the partner portal will be revoked.
Projob.id is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of West Java, Indonesia.
