Job seeker, event participant, or client data you receive through Projob.id is your responsibility as a separate controller, as set out in Section 14 of the Partner Terms and Conditions. This addendum does not govern your processing of that data.
Some processors, such as AI providers or international transfer services if you choose them, may process data outside Indonesia. In that case we ensure an equivalent or adequate level of protection as required by Article 56 of UU PDP, including through agreements with the processors, and we send only the minimum data needed.

Identity documents and bank details can only be opened by authorized staff. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and the competent authority within 3 x 24 hours as required by Article 46 of UU PDP.
You have the data subject rights described in the Privacy Policy, including the rights to information, access and a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and objection to automated decisions. You can view and update most profile, document, and payout data directly in the portal. Other requests can be sent through the Projob Support Form. We respond no later than 3 x 24 hours after we receive a complete request. Deletion or withdrawal of consent may mean you can no longer receive commissions or use certain categories, and does not remove data we are legally required to keep.
We may update this addendum. Material changes will be announced in the partner portal or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
